This small holding of 11 acres was included with a number of other properties in a composite scheme of division in the area. The bulk of the lands were allocated in 1977 but it has not been found possible, to date, to dispose of the McArdle estate. The matter is being kept under review and arrangements will be made for allocation of the lands as soon as local conditions permit.
