There was no delay on the part of my Department in dealing with this case. The grant was paid on 4 August 1981.

An inspection will be arranged with a view to payment of a grant, if in order, when the applicant submits the documents and information requested by my Department on the 4 March 1982.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a £1,000 new house grant and a £3,000 mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Meath.
A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and the other conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with.
There is no record of the receipt of an application for mortgage subsidy from the person named. If an application is submitted, his eligibility will be determined.
