I am informed by the Garda authorities that, having regard to the resources at their disposal and other demands on Garda services, the Bayview Estate is receiving as much Garda attention as practicable at present.
The estate is covered by special foot patrols which operate on an overtime basis and supplement the mobile patrols by the local patrol car and the district detective unit. A motor cycle will be made available shortly to augment the mobile patrolling arrangements.
