Return to Writ: Dublin West. - Introduction of New Member.

The Clerk of the Dáil made the following announcement:
I gcomhlíonadh Bhuan-Ordú 137 de Bhuan-Orduithe Dháil Éireann I dtaobh Gnó Phoiblí, tá orm a chraoladh gur toghadh Liam Ó Sceallaigh don Dáil sa Chorrthoghchán a bhí ann an 25 Bealtaine 1982 do Dháilcheantar Bhaile Átha Cliath Thiar de thoradh an Teachta Risteard de Búrca d'éirí as.
Tá an Rolla de Comhaltaí sinithe ag an Teachta Ó Sceallaigh de réir Bhuan Ordú a haon.
In compliance with Standing Order 137 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to Public Business, I have to announce that Liam Skelly has been elected to the Dáil at the By-Election held on 25 May 1982 for the Constituency of Dublin West consequent on the resignation of Deputy Dick Burke.
Deputy Skelly has signed the Roll of Members in accordance with Standing Order 1.

May I on behalf of my party wish the new Deputy well and congratulate him on his election.

Deputy Liam Skelly, the new Member for the Constituency of Dublin West, was introduced to the Ceann Comhairle by Deputy Barrett (Dún Laoghaire).
