asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a house improvement grant is not being paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the work was inspected and passed on two occasions.
I cannot comment on the reason for the non-payment of a grant in this case as the papers are at present with my Department's local inspector. He has been asked to return them as soon as possible and I shall then inform the Deputy of the position.
