(Dublin South-East): I would refer the Deputy to the reply to a similar question on 27 January 1982. Because of the demands on the available resources for the priority local authority programmes, including housing and sanitary services, it has not been possible for my Department to make a capital allocation for this project. The position is being kept under review with a view to enabling the project to proceed as soon as the circumstances allow.
