(Limerick West) asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a new house grant is not being paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.
This application for the £1,000 new house grant was rejected because the application was not received in my Department within 12 months of the occupation of the new house, in accordance with Article 11 (1) (b) of the Housing Regulations, 1980.
