Repair and maintenance of Ballycotton harbour are matters for Cork County Council.
My Department have under consideration at present certain proposals for harbour improvement works at Ballycotton and these are being examined in the light of the level of commercial fishing carried out by boats operating out of Ballycotton, the estimated cost of these works and the availability of funds for harbour improvement works.
