Having regard to the need to conserve the available capital to finance fully approved schemes of the highest priority, including Kilkenny main drainage scheme (Stage 2), I regret that I am not at present in a position to say when the contract documents for the Piltown-Fiddown scheme may be approved or when work is likely to commence.
