CIE have informed me that they hope to resume the provision of beach nourishment material to Rosslare Strand next month.

asked the Minister for Transport if he will, as a matter of urgency, issue a foreshore licence to Rosslare Strand Development Organisation to carry out tests on coast protection in the Rosslare area, County Wexford as the coast is in imminent danger.
I have consulted the Commissioners of Public Works and other interested bodies in regard to the application by the Rosslare Development Association for a foreshore licence and am awaiting their views before considering the application further.
