A grant cannot be paid in this case in respect of the provision of a water supply because, contrary to a qualifying condition of the scheme, the applicant arranged installation arising from his membership of a group water scheme; neither can a grant be paid in respect of the provision of sewerage facilities because, also contrary to a qualifying condition of the scheme, the work had commenced before an inspection of the house was carried out.
The applicant has been so informed.
