The Land Commission obtained possession of this estate on 16 February 1983. Arrangements are being made to have the lands divided as soon as possible.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of this estate but the case has been noted for consideration.

This estate was recently inspected to ascertain the suitability of the lands for the purposes of the Land Acts. The case is now under consideration.
