asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason a headage grant has not been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and when it will be paid.
The person named will be paid her 1982 cattle headage grant under the disadvantaged areas scheme shortly.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will reconsider an application for a cattle headage grant for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath in view of the fact that his land valuation in this case is very low.
It is a condition of the 1982 cattle headage scheme in the disadvantaged areas that the total off-farm income of an applicant must not exceed £5,415 for the income tax year ended 5 April 1982 and land valution has no bearing on this condition. As the off-farm income of the person named exceeded that amount he is not eligible for cattle headage payment.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when a farm modernisation scheme grant for a milking parlour will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.
The applicant has approval for a number of items including a cubicle house, silage base and slurry and effluent handling facilities. Grant aid cannot be paid until the slurry and effluent handling facilities outlined in his approval have been completed to specification.
