I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that return of income forms were issued to the taxpayer for completion on three separate occasions since July 1982, but these forms have not been returned, duly completed, to the inspector of taxes. In the circumstances the inspector is not in a position to bring the taxpayer's affairs up to date.
