: PAYE repayment were issued by the Collector-General to the person concerned on three separate occasions in early 1982 viz. on 10 February, 4 March and 15 April. The amounts of the individual cheques were £261.90, £79.20 and £203.21, respectively.
Each of these three cheques, duly endorsed by the taxpayer, was cashed at the Bank of Ireland, Custom House Quay, Wexford. The cheque for £203.21 was cashed on 21 April 1982. A copy of this cheque will be issued to him for his information.
The inspector of taxes confirms that on the information available to him no further repayment of tax is due.
