, Limerick East): A copy of a new folio relating to a complex application for first registration was sought on 6 December 1982. Registration was completed on 14 January 1983. A copy of the new folio issued on 22 February 1983. The length of time taken to issue the copy folio was longer than would be the case if the folio had already been in existence. When a new folio is opened, there are certain procedures to be followed, including indexing, which delay the availability of the folio for copying.
