: My Department have agreed in principle to an extension to Piltown National School, County Kilkenny. An extension to the school site is required to accommodate the additional accommodation and it is understood from the school authorities that they are in the process of acquiring the additional land required. In the meantime, the long-term accommodation requirements of the school are being considered and when these are determined the preparation of sketch plans may be initiated.
