I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes who deals with the taxpayer's income tax affairs has no record of the receipt of a claim for a refund in this case. If full details are supplied to the inspector the claim will be dealt with and any refund found due will be made as soon as possible.
