My Department are awaiting the submission of form SL4 which the applicant has been asked to complete and have certified by her inspector of taxes. On its receipt arrangements will be made for payment of the grant.

The appropriate grant approval will issue in this case on receipt of evidence of planning permission which has been requested from the applicant on two occasions.
