The file in this case is with the inspector for investigation and report with a view to payment of the grant.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the long delay in paying a £1,000 new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and when the grant will be paid.
There has been no undue delay in my Department in dealing with this case. An inspection of this house, in February 1983 revealed that it was not occupied.
A further inspection has now been arranged with a view to payment of the grant.
