I approved the contract documents for the Ballybay sewerage scheme on 6 May 1983. It is now a matter for Monaghan County Council to advertise for tenders for the scheme and submit its recommendation for the acceptance of the relevant tenders to my Department. The question of finance will not arise until the tenders have been approved and a loan application received.
