Excluding Córas Tráchtála and Bord Fáilte, in whose day-to-day administration I have no function, the amount paid by my Department in 1982 was £142,799. I understand that the extra detailed information sought by the Deputy could only be complied by the expenditure of an inordinate amount of staff time.
