Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (Amendment) Bill, 1983: Order for Second Stage.
Bill entitled an Act to extend the period during which applications may be made under Part III of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (No. 2) Act, 1978, and to provide for the increase of certain fees under that Part.
