asked the Minister for the Gaeltacht if he is aware of a massive holiday project announced some days ago by the new leaseholders of Ostlanna Gaeltearann Teo in Derrynane, County Kerry; if he will confirm that the land for this development forms part of the hotel property; and if so, if he will state (a) the duration of the lease for the hotel; and (b) the duration of the lease for the land surrounding the hotel on which it is envisaged that the chalet project will be erected.
