The lands in question comprise portion of a registered holding. Progress with the sale to my Department has been delayed arising out of registration in Land Registry of a previous transaction affecting the lands. However, I understand that this difficulty has very recently been resolved. The sale to my Department will now proceed without delay and, when completed, payment of the purchase money will be made.
