This application was rejected because the floor area of the house exceeds the maximum area allowable for grant purposes of 125 square metres (1,346 sq. ft.). However, following a request for another inspection, the file has been referred to my department's inspector for a further inspection so that the applicant's eligibility for the grant can be reconsidered.
