asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in paying a new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal who applied to Roinn na Gaeltachta under their new house grant scheme and who was referred to his Department; and if in view of the exceptionally long delays in the matter, he will arrange to have the grant paid without further delay.
