A receiver and manager was appointed in this case on 11 February 1983. At that time, the return and payment for PAYE/PRSI for the month ended July 5 1982 and each subsequent month up to the date of appointment of the receiver and manager were outstanding. These returns and payments have not yet been made. In the absence of the returns it is not possible to state the total amount outstanding.
