Outline plans for the development of Ros a' Mhíl (Rossaveel) as a major fishery harbour centre are being prepared by the Commissioners of Public Works for the Department of Fisheries and Forestry on foot of a brief prepared by that Department. While I cannot, at this stage, put a firm date on when the outline plans for this major project will be finalised, I am advised that the commissioners expect that they should be completed next year. The question of consultation in regard to the outline plans would be a matter for the Department of Fisheries and Forestry.
