The mortgage subsidy has not been paid because the applicant has not submitted a claim form certified by his lending agency to the effect that the appropriate number of repayments have been made.

There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named. However, there is an application from a person with a different name but the same address and the file is with my Department's inspector for investigation and report with a view to determining the applicant's eligibility for a grant.
