The question relates to upgrading works carried out directly by the South Eastern Health Board. There was no departmental involvement because of the minor nature of the work.
I am informed that the health board are arranging for issue of a payment to the main contractor on 11 November 1983 on foot of the architect's latest certificate of payment due on the contract, and this will include payment for the work carried out by the sub-contractor.
