I propose to take Questions Nos. 8 and 9 together. I refer the Deputies to my replies of 26 January 1983, (Ref. 676), 9 March 1983, (Ref. 183) and 27 April 1983, (Ref. 4). Since then the personal secretary to my Minister of State (Mr. Donnellan) has left the employment of this Department. Otherwise there has been no change.
