Can the Minister say whether this Bill has yet been to Cabinet?
Yes, the general purpose of the Bill has been approved by the Cabinet.
Can the Minister say if it is intended to broaden the scope of the word "archive" to include such things as film and radio material——
The Deputy will have an opportunity of putting that question when the Bill comes before the House.
