I am taking it that the scheme to which the Deputy refers is the proposed superannuation scheme for employees of Limerick Harbour Commissioners.
The Limerick Harbour Commissioners earlier this year submitted draft superannuation schemes for their employees and the widows and children of their employees. These draft schemes are at present being examined in my Department and I hope to be in a position to confirm the schemes at an early date.
