Borrowing of £84,000 by Dublin Corporation was sanctioned by my Department in 1981 in respect of the proposed sports centre. The position regarding additional funding is unchanged since this matter was raised by the Deputy in a previous question on 3 May 1983 and there are no funds at my disposal from which to sanction additional borrowing in the current financial year.
