asked the Minister for Health the number of hip replacement operations carried out at Merlin Park hospital, Galway in each of the past five years.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 330 and 331 together.
The information which the Deputy is seeking is a matter for the health boards in the first instance and is not routinely available to my Department. In the circumstances if the Deputy wishes to obtain the detailed statistics which he requires I suggest that he contacts the Western Health Board which I am sure will be glad to provide the information.
