Grant application forms, design and design data for this group water scheme to serve ten houses were received in my Department on 3 August 1983 following approval by Roscommon County Council. The design has been approved by my Department and the trustees of the group have been asked to give an undertaking that they will not object to the development of future group water schemes from their scheme. This undertaking is awaited in the Department and, in the meantime, the financing of the scheme is being examined.
I cannot at this stage say when the certificate of approval will issue to the group.

The group wish to amalgamate with the proposed Meelick group water scheme the design for which is being examined in my Department and their proposal is being investigated by my Department's inspector for the area.
I cannot say this stage when to the certificate of approval will issue to the group.
