It is proposed to amalgamate the post in question with another in Hacketstown to form a new full-time motorised post and a new part-time post at Hacketstown. The motorised post will be filled by the upgrading of an existing auxiliary postman and the part-time appointment will be made from the combined areas in the normal manner.
