No public relations or public affairs contracts as such have been placed by me or my Department in the past year. However, specialist advice was obtained by the Government Services from Public Relations of Ireland Limited in connection with the radio and television presentation of the budget on 9 and 10 February 1983, and the Taoiseach's address to the nation on 18 March 1983. The cost of this was £2,141.10.
