The 1983 public relations work in respect of COSPÓIR, The National Sports Council, was undertaken by Pembroke Public Relations.
The total fee payable was £37,228 which included the services fee, all secretarial and administration costs involved in the operation of the public relations programme, press conferences, photography, distribution of press releases, media transcripts, courier service, all advertising work including radio and production of promotional material including posters, booklets and diary.
The public relations consultants were appointed for a term of one year ending on 31 December 1983.
