The question of what appropriate action may be taken in this matter will be considered in connection with an examination of the recommendations in the Report of the Educational Broadcasting Committee. I have drawn the attention of the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs to a recommendation in the report in relation to an educational responsibility being placed on any agencies which may be granted a broadcasting licence under legislation.
