There are no dioxin based compounds on the market. A number of closely related chemicals collectively known as dioxins can be found to a degree as impurities in a number of products.
If the Deputy's concern relates to the possible presence of dioxin as an impurity in the chemical 2,4,5-T used in weedkillers, I would refer him to my reply to a Question on this subject on 15 February 1983.
