It is proposed to take Nos. 4 and 8. By agreement the question or questions necessary to bring proceedings on item 4 to a conclusion shall be put forthwith and shall be decided without debate. In relation to item No. 8 speakers shall not exceed 30 minutes and the concluding speaker, who shall be a Government speaker, shall be called at 5.30 p.m.
