Contract documents for the Rossnowlagh sewerage scheme were submitted in May 1981 to my Department by Donegal County Council. The county council were requested in June 1982 to submit to my Department a certificate that all necessary planning for the scheme has been completed. The submission of this certificate is awaited and is necessary to enable me to give further consideration to the proposals for the scheme.
