All apprentices pursuing courses with AnCO are entitled to the full range of hospital services without charge, except that some of them may be liable for consultants' fees. Those who may be liable for consultants' fees are:
1. An apprentice under 16 years of age whose parents' income in the year ended 5 April 1983 was £11,000 or more;
2. An apprentice aged 16 years or over whose personal income in the year ended 5 April 1983 was £11,000 or more.
