Limerick East): The current overall Garda strength at Dún Laoghaire station is 76 and the corresponding strength on 28 February in each of the years 1981 to 1983 was 64, 65 and 63, respectively.
I am informed by the Garda authorities that the current strength at the station includes two newly-trained gardaí assigned on 24 February and that the question of further increases in strength there will be kept under review.
