My Department have sanctioned a grant towards the cost of providing an extension to the first of the schools referred to by the Deputy, and I understand from the Commissioners of Public Works that they are about to commence the preparation of the working drawings for the project.
In the case of the other school, the question of authorising the invitation of tenders for the proposed extension is under consideration and my Department expect to be in touch with the school authorities about the matter in the near future.
In neither case is it possible to say when work may commence.
