I understand from the ESB that an application submitted in July 1983 by the person referred to by the Deputy was incorrectly completed and that on 15 July 1983 the ESB wrote to him explaining the position and requesting him to complete and return a new application form which was enclosed. The ESB have no record of this application having been returned to them.
If the person concerned wishes to proceed with his application he should contact his local ESB office where they will be glad to assist him in completing the application.
