I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the Inspector of Taxes wrote to the taxpayer on 29 March 1982 and 11 April 1983 for the particulars necessary to process his repayment claim. The taxpayer has not yet provided the particulars sought by the inspector who will now write to him again in the matter.
