It is a condition for the payment of grants to development farmers under the farm modernisation scheme that an extract of farm accounts is submitted for each year of the plan.
As the applicant in this case is a development farmer the grant cannot be paid until the necessary extract for the accounting year ended 30 June 1983 has been furnished.

The person named will be paid his calf premium in due course when the batch which includes his payment is processed. He was ineligible for calved heifer grant as his breeding herd in 1983 showed no increase over 1982.
